HSH型环链手扳

　　HSH型环链手扳葫芦，是新一代的具有多用途的手动起重机械。它广泛用于工矿、运输、建筑、电力、造船及林业等部门的设备安装，散件捆绑，起重货物，拉紧线路及焊接对位等场合，尤其是在无电源及狭小场所用于牵引更显示其独有的优越性。本产品具有以下特点：
　　使用安全可靠，维护方便，机械效率高，手扳力小，操作灵活，经久耐用，自重较轻，携带方便。HSH型环链手扳葫芦采用了对称布置的二级外啮合齿轮传动结构和螺旋载重制动器，并设计有齿轮离合装置，主要零部件有：手柄制动器、长短轴齿轮、花键齿轮、片齿轮、链齿轮和链条等，其工作原理如下：（见图）
　　提升（或牵引）重物：将拨块置"向上"位置扳动手柄（13），此时换向棘爪（11），拨动制动螺母（9），将摩擦片（8），棘轮（7），制动器座（6）旋紧成一体，并带动长轴齿轮（3）及片齿轮（4），短轴齿轮（1），花键齿轮（2）共同旋转，同时通过花键联接于花键齿轮上的链轮（5）便带动链条提升（或牵引）重物。
　　放落重物：将拨块置于"向下"位置，扳动手柄，此时换向棘爪拨动制动螺母，将制动螺母松开摩擦片，重物下降。重物下降时，又带动长轴转动，从而使制动器座与制动螺母旋紧，重物又停止下降。

　　HSH Series Chain Lever Hoist is provided with a transmission mechanism of two-step outer mesh gears and a screw load brake with a "Free Gearing"system,It comprises the following principal parts:lever handle-brake,driving shaft,splined gear pinion shaft,disc gear,sprocket and load chain,etc.Its main principle of operation is as follows:(See Fig.)
　　Liffing(or Pulling)Load:Set the selector lever to "UP" position.Operate lever handle(13),then change-over pawl(11),turns brake nut(9)to press friction plates(8)and ratchet disc(7)tightly against the brake set(6)thus causing these parts to rotate in unison,Then drive the driving shaft(3),disc gear(4),pinion shaft(1),splined gear(2),hence,the sprocket(5)which is mounted on the splined gear actuates the load chain to lift(or pull)the load smoothly.
　　Lowering Load:Set the selector Lever to"DN" position,Operate lever handle,then change-over pawl turns brake nut to loose friction plate,hence,the load goes down,While lowering,and drive the driving shaft to rotate,thus make brake seat and brake nut rotating tightly,and the load stopped.
